Lindsay Sonnett

Lindsay is known by her colleagues and clients for her work ethic, genuine attitude, and integrity.  She enjoys helping people navigate big decisions with a singular devotion to her clients and warm approach.  She loves what she does, and represents both buyers and sellers with the utmost professionalism, enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail.

Knowing that the home buying process is a major life decision, Lindsay is devoted to caring for every client’s unique set of needs.

A passion for planning, sustainability, and thoughtfully-built communities, has naturally led to a career in real estate.  Lindsay is co-chair of the board of directors of the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast and currently serves on the Housing Advisory Committee for the Town of Exeter, as well as the board of directors of the Southern District YMCA and Exeter Area Conservancy. Lindsay is part of the 2020 class of Leadership Seacoast – an organization committed to building strong regional leaders.

Prior to her work in real estate, Lindsay worked for the Peace Corps in West Africa. She also has extensive experience in fundraising and development.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Urban Planning from Virginia Tech.  An avid traveler, she has lived and worked in Togo, New Zealand, France, and Italy.  In her free time, you can find Lindsay and her husband renovating their own home, traveling, and (tame) mountain biking.
